This cancellation , return and refund policy shall form a part of the Terms of Service that you are subject to while using the Services provided by our Platform tsatekk.com .Your consent to the Terms of Service along with the Privacy Notice on our Platform , which may be updated by us from time to time, also constitutes consent to this Policy. Please check these page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to any of our policies.
A. Cancellation
- After you have placed an order, you are permitted to cancel it any time prior to receiving a message or any other communication from the Company of the order being dispatched.
- The cancellation request can be made by writing to us at the email id : tsatekk@gmail.com or sending a direct message on our Instagram handle @tsatekk.
- After such cancellation request is received by us, you shall be entitled to receive a refund of the entire amount paid by you, within 15(fifteen) working days of the date of cancellation.
- Acceptance of order cancellation shall be subject to the order not being dispatched by us.
- Apart from the terms mentioned above in sub-clause (i), under no other circumstances shall an order placed with us will be permitted to be cancelled by you.
B. Exchange or Refund
- You are required to shoot a 360 degrees video depicting the unboxing/unwrapping/opening of the packaging of our Product that you have received.
- If you receive a Product, the container of which is unsealed or defective or in poor condition or a Product that is contaminated, your unboxing video is required to have the required footage of such tampering or defect.
- You may then write to us within 48 (forty eight) hours of the receipt of the Product, attach the video footage and initiate a request for exchange of such unsealed or defective Product or return and refund for such unsealed or defective Product. You are also required to affix photos of the damaged Product.
- Our complaints and evaluation team shall verify your request and the video and photo proof attached and only upon its complete satisfaction and its sole discretion, register your request for an exchange or refund of the said Product. The team may take 7-10 working days, to arrive at its decision regarding the claim acceptance. In case the claim is accepted and you have requested for exchange, new Product of similar type if available shall be dispatched to you and the delivery of such Product shall be as per the delivery schedule for new Product deliveries. In case the claim is accepted and you have requested for a refund, a refund payment shall be initiated within 15(fifteen) working days of the date of claim being accepted. In case of refund, refund amount shall to your original mode of payment.
- We reserve the right to reject exchange or refund requests at our sole discretion provided required media is not attached or alleged damages, defect or contamination is not proved.
