Mango flavored Whey Protein

  • Mango flavored Tekk Muscle whey protein blend in 200ml cold milk.
  • Add 1 mango (sliced) .
  • Protein Curd Yoghurt

  • Take 1 cup greek yoghurt or 100-150gm greek yoghurt or curd + add 1 scoop tekk muscle whey isolate- mix it well or blend.
  •  Add fruit slices on top and can top with additional flavoring such as honey/ chocolate syrup / chocolate chips etc.
  • Protein Oats

  • Cook 50-60gm rolled oats in 200-250ml milk on the stove, can even use a microwave.
  • Once the oats are cooked, add 1 scoop of Tekk Muscle whey protein, mix it in the oats well (take some time to mix well) Add walnuts /almonds on top with some fruit slices.
  • Can also add some flavoring on top such as honey/chocolate or maple syrup or chocolate chips or vanilla essence according to taste preference.

  • Add coffee (according to preference) in water mix it well or blend
  • Add sugar (according to taste) and 1 scoop Tekk muscle whey protein
  • blend/mix well then add 200ml cold milk to mixture.
  • Protein Rice Cake Yoghurt

  • For Protein rice cake yoghurt Mix 1-2 cups of greek yoghurt or curd with 1 scoop of tekk muscle whey protein
  • Mix well, add fruit slices.
  • Pour it on rice cakes, add honey or syrup for taste according to individual preference.
