HEALTHY PROTEIN-BASED RECIPES FROM TEAM TEKKMUSCLE
Mango flavored Whey ProteinMango flavored Tekk Muscle whey protein blend in 200ml cold milk. Add 1 mango (sliced) .Protein Curd YoghurtTake 1 cup greek yoghurt or 100-150gm greek yoghurt or curd + add 1 scoop tekk muscle whey isolate- mix it well or blend. Add fruit slices on top and can top with additional flavoring such as honey/ chocolate syrup / chocolate chips etc.Protein OatsCook 50-60gm rolled oats in 200-250ml milk on the stove, can even use a microwave. Once the oats are cooked, add 1 scoop of Tekk Muscle whey protein, mix it in the oats well (take some time to mix well)
Add walnuts /almonds on top with some fruit slices.
